These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company Lear Alpaga with a share capital of 1000 euros whose head office is located at 7 chemin de Kergoat 22500 Paimpol France registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Saint-Brieuc under the number 911 837 227 hereinafter referred to as "Lear-Alpaca" and managing the site www.lear-alpaga.fr and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.lear-alpaga.fr hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

Article 1: object 

These conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between Lear-Alpaga and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.lear-alpaga.fr. The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to his order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the site www.lear-alpaga.fr is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use and on the other hand to have full legal capacity, allowing it to engage under these general conditions of sale.

Article 2. Products

The photographs are as accurate as possible but do not bind the Seller in any way. Article 3. Rates

Article 4. Order and terms of payment

The Products are payable in euros on the day of the actual Order. To pay for his Order, the Customer has a single means of payment. The following :

Bank card. For payment by credit card, the Customer communicates the number of his bank card, associated with its expiry date as well as the digits of the cryptogram appearing on the back of his bank card. In this regard, the Customer expressly acknowledges that the communication of his bank card number to the Lear-Alpaga Company through the company Stripe constitutes authorization to debit his account up to the amount of the Products ordered.

The cards accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Visa eletcron, JCB, Dinners Club. .Whatever the means of payment used, the company Lear-Alpaga bears the occasional bank charges generated by the payment, within the limit of the management fees invoiced by the company Stripe. All payment is made via Stripe. Any other costs, whatever the reason, will be invoiced to the Customer.

Lear-Alpaga reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Order or Pre-order and any delivery in the event of refusal of authorization for payment by credit card from officially accredited bodies or in the event of non-payment. Lear-Alpaga notably reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an Order or Pre-order from a Customer who has not fully or partially paid for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is in progress. .

The delivered goods remain the property of the Lear-Alpagat company until receipt of payment. The transfer of risks to the Customer takes place upon delivery of the Products.

The computerized registers, kept in Lear-Alpaga's computer systems under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications, Orders and payments made between the parties. Archiving of purchase orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as proof


The confirmation of an order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition of having perfect knowledge of them and the renunciation of availing oneself of its own conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. If the buyer has an e-mail address and if he has entered it on his order form, the company Lear-Alpaga will communicate to him by e-mail the confirmation of the registration of his order.

Article 5. Retention of title 

The Lear-Alpaga company retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, in principal, costs and taxes included.

Article 6. Withdrawal 

Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund free of charge.

Article 7. Delivery 

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Orders are made by La Poste via Collisimo, delivery service with tracking, delivery with signature. Delivery times are given for information only. The Lear-Alpaca Company can provide the buyer with the tracking number for their package by e-mail. The buyer is delivered to his home by his postman. In the event of the buyer's absence, he will receive a delivery notice from his postman, which allows him to withdraw the products ordered from the nearest post office, for a period indicated by the postal services. The risks associated with transport are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of the company Lear-Alpaga. The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the La Poste employee or the delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents on delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

Article 8. Warranty 

All products supplied by Lear-Alpaga benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the Lear-Alpaga company, which will take it back and exchange it.
